Cotton soaks up sweat and hangs on to it. The Tempo is cut from a super-elastic nylon that wicks moisture away from your skin and dries fast between reps, so you're not stuck in something heavy and damp for the rest of the session.

The stretch moves the moment you do — through a sprint, a set, or a long run — without riding up or restricting your arms. After the workout, it's light enough to stay on through the cooldown and the walk home.
