How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and check out securely. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. Please contact us immediately if you need changes. We'll do our best, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order is in processing.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–15 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum required. No code needed. Always on us.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track through the Shop app.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
