How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. Please contact us immediately if you need changes. We'll do our best, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order is in processing.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. Total estimated time: 8–18 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum required. No code needed. Always on us.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track through the Shop app.

Do you offer store credit?
Yes. Store credit is our preferred resolution — issued as a digital gift card with no expiration date. Use it whenever you're ready, on anything in the store.
How long do refunds take?
Once your situation is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right immediately — no questions asked.
