How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and check out securely. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. Please contact us immediately if you need changes. We'll do our best, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order is in processing.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
5–10 business days from the day you order, delivered to your door. Your order is processed within 1–3 business days, then arrives 4–7 business days after it ships. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it's on the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum required. No code needed. Always on us.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track through the Shop app.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to reach out if something isn't right. Store credit is our preferred option and exchanges are always available — but if you'd rather have your money back, just ask and we'll refund your original payment method. Review our full Refund Policy for the steps.
Do you offer store credit?
Yes. Store credit is our preferred resolution — issued as a digital gift card with no expiration date. Use it whenever you're ready, on anything in the store.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right immediately — no questions asked.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Start with the measurements on the product page where they're shown, and compare them with a piece you already own that fits well. Our Size Guide gives general body measurements. If you're between sizes, size up — and if something doesn't fit, we're here to help.
Do your products run true to size?
Fit varies by style, and many of our pieces run smaller than typical US sizing. Check each product's measurements before you order, and size up if you're unsure. Want a second opinion? Contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.
