A little more considered than a beanie, and nowhere near costume territory.
This hat has a bell-shaped crown and a curled brim in dense, plain-weave wool. The weave is tight enough to hold its shape through wind and to keep real warmth in on the coldest mornings, while the curve of the brim softens the whole silhouette.
It comes in two sizes, M (56–58cm) and L (58–60cm), so it sits properly rather than perching or sliding down. The wool has a soft, matte surface that looks refined without being fussy.
