Most stores tell you as little as possible about this part. You click buy, a confirmation lands in your inbox, and then there is a silence that either ends in a package or an argument. We would rather just explain it.
The timeline
Every order runs on the same two-part clock.
Processing: 1 to 3 business days. Your order is checked, the item is pulled and packed, and a shipping method is assigned. Orders placed on a Friday evening start this clock on Monday, which is the single most common reason a delivery estimate surprises someone.
Transit: 4 to 7 business days. The package moves to you and tracking goes live.
Total: 5 to 10 business days, order to door. That is the number we hold ourselves to, and it is the number on our shipping policy. If you ever see anything on this site quoting a shorter window, it is out of date and we want to know about it.
Shipping is free
No minimum, no threshold, nothing to spend your way up to. The price on the product page is the price at checkout.
That is the same thinking behind not running permanent sales. One honest number on the page, and we stand behind it.
Why it is not two days
Because we are not a warehouse chain with regional distribution centers and a fleet under contract. We are a small operation, and the honest version of our speed is a week to a week and a half, not next-day.
What we do control is the shipping method itself. Rather than defaulting to the cheapest available option on every order, the method is chosen product by product, and we pay up for the faster lane where the difference is real. Where a product can be routed from a US warehouse to a US address, it is.
What you will hear from us
- Order confirmation, immediately, with everything you bought and the address it is going to. Check the address here. It is far easier to fix in the first hour than on day three.
- Shipping confirmation with tracking, once the package is moving.
- Nothing else, unless something has gone wrong. We are not going to fill your inbox while you wait.
If tracking goes quiet
It usually means the package is between scan points, which can last a couple of days without anything being wrong. If it has been more than five business days with no movement at all, write to us. We would rather look into it early than have you waiting politely.
If it does not fit
Sizing is the most common reason anything comes back, and it is the easiest thing to get right before you order. Our guide to measuring yourself for clothing sizes online takes about ten minutes once and saves the round trip. Sizing runs differently across pieces, so the measurements on the product page matter more than the letter on the tag.
Why we wrote this down
Buying from a store you have not bought from before is an act of trust, and the least we can do is remove the guesswork from it. No countdown timers, no invented stock warnings, no fake discount. Free shipping, a real timeline, and a straight answer if something goes wrong.
That is the whole approach, and it is where the name came from. More about that here.
